Agentic Recovery Cloud

Say goodbye to the queue.

Autonomous agents work your assignments from intake to invoice. Your people make the calls that need a person. Every decision is governed and on the record. It runs with RDN and VRM, or on its own. Your current systems stay in place.

We do the digging. Your team makes the call.

Eight agents handle intake, compliance checks, skip tracing, dispatch, the condition report and the invoice, then push the status back to the system you came from. Your people only touch what a rule says needs a person.

How it works

Agents do the heavy lifting.

Compliance on every case, skip tracing through your data, public records, LPR and providers, the shortest route in the client's window, the paperwork from the photos. Work that took days finishes in minutes.

You stay in control.

Every action passes a policy gate built from statute, each client's rules and the autonomy you set. Nothing writes to a case without clearing it. That holds for agents, people and integrations alike.

Everything is on the record.

The audit trail is the record itself, written as the work was done, so when a lender, examiner or court asks what happened, you can hand over the case with every decision, reason and piece of evidence already attached.

Today it takes two weeks and a village. With ARC it takes one decision.

Same assignment, same car, same rules. The difference is who carries it: a team swivel-chairing between four systems, or agents that never put it down.

How it goes today

  1. 01The assignment lands in RDN. Someone copies it into the tracker and orders a skip trace by email.
  2. 02Three days of waiting. The vendor report comes back. Someone keys the addresses in and runs the compliance checklist by hand.
  3. 03The dispatcher calls three agents. One accepts for Thursday. Thursday is a gated lot with no code. Nobody knows until Monday.
  4. 04Day fourteen, recovered. Photos texted to the office. When the lender asks what happened on day eight, someone spends an afternoon in their inbox.

With ARC

2 days

One decision by a person. One record from start to finish.

When the lender asks, you send the record.

  1. 01Minute 1. Intake, SCRA, bankruptcy and the client's rules.
  2. 02Minute 3. A workplace lot with three sightings this week.
  3. 03Hour 1. Your CSR approves the dispatch with one click.
  4. 04Day 1. Secured. VIN matched by camera, report drafted.
  5. 05Day 2. Signed, invoiced, status back in RDN.

How does this actually work?

Five steps. Four of them run without a person. The one that needs you arrives with the evidence attached and a button.

Hello recovered.
Goodbye phone tag.

01

Assignments arrive

From RDN, VRM, your servicing platform, an inbox or a form. One record per case.

02

Agents check and find

Compliance on every case, then skip tracing through your data, public records, LPR and providers.

03

Agents plan the recovery

Licensed agents ranked by territory and window, the shortest route, fresh sightings offered on the way.

04

You decide the exceptions

Holds, warnings and approvals in one queue. One click, with the reason recorded under your name.

05

Everything flows back

Report, invoice and status return to the system you came from. Lenders watch it in their portal.

Dial it up at your pace.

Every agent starts in shadow. You promote it, per client, when its numbers earn it, and pull it back in one click if they don't. Most teams move intake and compliance to full autonomy within weeks and keep dispatch on approval for as long as they like.

  1. L0Shadow. Works, writes nothing, shows you what it would have done.
  2. L1Suggest. A person approves each action.
  3. L2Act within policy. Warnings go to a person.
  4. L3Act, sampled. The numbers decide whether it stays.

Every decision, with its reason.

One policy gate stands between anyone and the record. Three outcomes, each written down with the rule that produced it.

  • Passed. The action goes through and the record shows which rules it cleared.
  • Warned. It goes through, and the reason is on the case so a person sees it.
  • Blocked. The refusal is recorded with its reason and the agent re-plans.

When someone asks, you'll have the answer.

SCRA and bankruptcy on every case and again before dispatch. Holds carry the statute that placed them. Skip tracing runs under a recorded permissible purpose. Export any case as it was written, for a lender, an examiner or a court.

No rip and replace. Just a better recovery.

Keep RDN or VRM and let the agents work behind them, with every status, photo and invoice going back where it came from. Move your people over when you're ready, or never. Each client chooses its own mode, its own data providers, on its own account or ours.

Alongside

Fastest start. Assignments arrive as they do today, agents work them, statuses go back. Nobody retrains.

ARC as the workspace

Your team works in ARC. The old system keeps receiving statuses until you turn it off.

Standalone

No legacy system. Intake by API, form or email. ARC is the system of record for you and your lenders.

Sound like you?

Three kinds of teams touch an assignment. ARC changes what each of them spends the day on.

Recovery operator loading a vehicle onto a tow truck

Forwarders

Hundreds of assignments a day from many lenders and many agencies. One table for all of it, statuses back everywhere, a portal with the record for every lender.

Compliance forms, a calculator and a pen arranged for review

Lenders and captives

Fewer days to recover and a compliance story you can defend. Run it beside your servicing platform and give your compliance team the record they have been asking for.

Recovery agencies

Dispatch becomes a plan instead of a phone tree. The companion does the paperwork from the photos. Your drivers drive.

You're a fit if

  • You handle a few hundred assignments a month, or a few thousand
  • Your team swivel-chairs between RDN, vendors, email and a spreadsheet
  • A lender has asked what happened on a case and it took a week to answer
  • Compliance is a checklist today and you want it to be a system

Any one of those is reason enough to run shadow mode for two weeks and look at what the agents would have done.

Stuff people ask

Short answers. A real person answers the long ones.

Q: Do we have to leave RDN or VRM?
No. ARC can work alongside your current system: assignments arrive as they do today, agents work them, and statuses, photos and invoices go back. Your team can move into ARC later, or not at all. Standalone intake is also available by API, form or email.
Q: What can the agents actually do on their own?
That is your setting, per agent and per client. At L0 an agent only shows what it would have done. At L1 a person approves every action. At L2 it can act within policy and route warnings to a person. At L3 it acts and its work is sampled. Holds and urgent stops retain independent fences.
Q: How do you handle SCRA, bankruptcy and state rules?
Compliance checks run on every case and again before dispatch. Holds carry the rule that placed them, skip tracing runs under a recorded permissible purpose, and every decision carries its evidence. ARC is software, not legal advice: your counsel and compliance team approve the rules that apply to your clients.
Q: Where does the skip-trace data come from?
From the sources you authorize: your own records, permitted public records, LPR and your chosen providers. Each observation keeps its source, time and purpose. A candidate fact does not become authoritative until the applicable validation and promotion decision.
Q: How fast can we see it on our own cases?
Bring a representative week of assignments. The shadow-mode assessment shows what the agents would have done, where they would have stopped and which decisions would have come to a person. Shadow mode writes nothing to your systems.

See it on your assignments.

Bring a week of assignments. We run the agents in shadow mode and walk you through what they would have done, where they would have stopped, and what it would have cost.

  • Nothing is written to your systems
  • A real person replies within a business day
  • No sequence, no hold music
